HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 2, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling on complainant’s motion to strike
respondent’s answer to the complaint. Additionally, since the last status conference, the parties
have filed numerous motions pertaining to discovery, and respondent has filed a motion for
summary judgment. In the interest of administrative economy, the hearing officer will reserve
ruling on the outstanding discovery motions until the Board rules on the motion for summary
judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
