HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 2, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties are reworking some language in the draft stipulation and settlement
agreement, and will send the revisions to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for
approval.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 4, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
