HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney reports that complainant will no longer accept
installment plans for administrative citation fines. Respondent’s attorney will discuss this with
respondent to determine if the parties may still settle this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on June 23, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
