    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent another copy of the last inspection report.
    Respondent will then advise complainant of how much time will be needed to remove the
    remaining items. Respondent has been having some equipment problems.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
