Protection Agency have until May 18, 2005 to answer pre-filed questions. As you know,
the Board
permitted
the origu~alschedule for thefiling of
pre-filed
questions
and
answers
to both be changed so
that
as the schedule stands
today answers to pre-filed
questions
are
due on June
15,
2005. Consideringthat
the
answers
tothe
pre-filed
questions are
formative in the preparation ofpre-filedtestimony and
that
the level of
effort required
to
prepare
pre-filed
testimony in this
issue will
be substantial,
