HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 24, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant plans to file a motion for summary
judgment in June, 2005. According to complainant, respondent does not plan to contest the
motion.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 26, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
