HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 24, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners will send a letter to respondent requesting answers on several
outstanding issues. Respondent will reply in writing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on July 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline for this case is November 17, 2005.
