    ORDER OF THE BOARD (N.J. Melas):
     
    On May 10, 2005, Home Oil Company (Home Oil) moved the Board to voluntarily
    dismiss this proceeding. In the motion, Home Oils states the parties have resolved the issues in
    dispute. Today’s order does not resolve the related appeal, consolidated with this matter and
    docketed as Home Oil Co. v. IEPA, 02-206. Accordingly, the Board grants Home Oil’s motion,
    dismisses this case, and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
