HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 19, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.

The complainant represented that settlement discussions have been ongoing with offers and

counter-offers being exchanged. It was agreed that respondent’s answer deadline is extended to

and including August 5, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on July 21, 2005, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
