HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
The complainant informed the hearing officer that settlement negotiations continue, and that the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has approved two supplemental environmental
projects that is part of the penalty demand. It was agreed that respondent’s answer is due on or
before July 29, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 30, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
