HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The complainant represented that it has recently forwarded a stipulation and proposal
for settlement (stipulation) to the respondent for review. The parties also represented that clean-
up at the site is nearly finished.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 21, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
