    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 18, 2005, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner was unable to appear. Respondent just sent petitioner the final
    documentation for the settlement offer.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on June 16, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
