HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent will mail its motion for summary judgment today. Both parties’
responses to the motions for summary judgment are due by June 1, 2005.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on August 16, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
