    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents have some questions regarding the proposed stipulation and
    settlement agreement, and complainant is looking into those issues. Additionally, respondents
    assert that the clean-up is complete, and complainant’s inspector will revisit the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:45 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
