    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 4, 2005, Keith Runyon orally

informed the hearing officer that it was his
intention to file a motion for an extension of time to file his
    amicus curiae
    brief. On May 5,
2005, Runyon filed a written motion entitled motion for an extension. In the motion, Runyon
requested additional time to file his
    amicus curiae
brief. That aspect of Runyon’s motion was
addressed in the hearing report of May 4, 2005. Embedded in Runyon’s motion, he requested
that the 20 page limit for an
    amicus curiae
brief be enlarged. Runyon did not request a specific
    page limit.

On May 11, 2005, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it has no objection that
an additional 7 pages be included in the
    amicus curiae
brief. To that end, the page limitation for
Runyon’s brief, as well as Michael Watson and Merlin Karlock’s
    amicus curiae
    brief, is now 27
    pages.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
