HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On May 11, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.

The complainant represented that the parties have reached a settlement and that the complainant

anticipates that it will be filing a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) prior to the

next status conference.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on July 14, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next sttsus conference,

the conference will be cancelled without further order.
