ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):

 

 

On May 2, 2005, petitioner, the Village of Round Lake Park, filed a motion to voluntarily

dismiss this variance proceeding without prejudice, upon payment of the costs of respondent, the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The Board grants petitioner’s motion, but does not

require petitioner to pay any costs. The Board accordingly dismisses this variance proceeding

without prejudice and closes the docket.
