HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On May 5, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties agreed that a hearing date of June 28, 2005, be scheduled for the

above-captioned matter. The time and location will be noted in the notice of hearing.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-

hearing conference with the hearing officer on June 16, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic pre-

hearing conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible

for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of

the matter and their readiness for hearing.
