HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 5, 2005, the complainants filed a motion to cancel the hearing that was
scheduled for May 10, 2005. The complainants represent that they have reached a settlement
and that a hearing is unnecessary. To that end, the motion is granted and the hearing scheduled
for May 10, 2005, is hereby cancelled.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 23, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
settlement status of the above-captioned matter. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is
filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
