    On May 9, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties are preparing a proposed discovery schedule which they expect to file within
    the next 30 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 7, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
