    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 9, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Petitioner’s attorney is still waiting for respondent’s NFR letter. Once these letters are
    recorded, petitioner will be prepared to dismiss this appeal. Petitioner has agreed to file an
    additional waiver of the decision deadline.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline is currently August 18, 2005.
