and hereby moves this Board for voluntary dismissal of this appeal from an Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency leaking underground storage tank decision.
In support
ofthis motion, Petitioner
states as follows:

Petitioner at this time seeks to voluntarily dismiss this leaking underground
storage tank fund reimbursement appeal.
It is Petitioner’s understanding that Respondent
has no objection to this dismissal.
