HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 5, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondents represented that it intends to have discussions with the
complainant regarding the complaint itself and may file a motion to dismiss. The respondent is
reminded that any documents filed with the Clerk of the Board must also be severed individually
on the hearing officer.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 14, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
