HEARING OFFICER ORDER

A telephonic status conference was scheduled for May 5, 2005. Neither party appeared.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on

July 14, 2005, at 10:45a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each

party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties

must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for

hearing. If, however, motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,

the conference will be cancelled without further order.
