    indicated that

    will
    have
    no
    such
    objection,
    hut
    that
    the
    TEPA would
    then
    like
    until
    May
    25,
    2005
    to
    respond
    fonrially
    to
    such
    questions.
    PIPE has
    no
    objection
    to
    such
    extension.
    PIPE’s
    requested
    extension
    is
    made
    because
    PIPE
    member
    companies
    could
    not
    coordinate
    their responses
    in
    the
    short
    period
    of time
    set
    forth in
    the
    Hearing
    Officer’s
    April
    20,
    2005
    Order.
    Accordingly,
    PIPE
    member
    companies
    will
    need
    the
    extra
    time
    and, in
    order to
    save costs, intend
    to file
    such comments
    individually
    on behalf of their
    respective
    companies.
