HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 29, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. At petitioner’s request, the hearing was originally set for May 27, 2005 in
Springfield, Illinois. Subsequently, petitioner reconsidered and asked that the hearing be moved
to Coles County. The hearing has been rescheduled to June 1, 2005 in Mattoon, Illinois.
The hearing transcript should be posted on the Board’s web site on June 6, 2005. Unless
a deadline waiver is filed, petitioner’s brief will be due by June 17, 2005. Respondent’s brief
will be due by July 1, 2005.
The decision deadline is August 4, 2005.
