    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 3, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Complainant’s inspector has not yet revisited the site to determine whether further
    action is needed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
