HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 3, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. As last reported, the site has been cleaned, and complainant acknowledges that
respondents are unable to pay the penalty amount. Complainant’s attorney still plans to discuss
dismissal of this case with the department’s manager.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this
matter.
