HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
Respondent is reminded that pursuant to Section 101.308 of the Board’s procedural rules, it must
be represented by an attorney licensed and registered to practice law. The complainant requested
that a hearing date be set. To that end, the hearing in this matter is set for July 26, 2005. The
time and location will be noted in the notice of hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on June 29, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic pre-
hearing conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss
the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
