    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 28, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated for signatures. It was agreed that respondent’s response to
complainant’s motion to strike or dismiss respondent’s defenses be stayed. That request is
granted and will be discussed at the next status conference if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 29, 2005, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
