HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent reports that the site has been completely cleaned. Complainant’s
inspector will revisit the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
