HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector revisited the site at a time when respondent was not
present, and respondent still does not know which items need to be removed. The parties
continue to work on settling this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on May 26, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
