    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are working with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to
    reach a penalty amount based on economic benefit. Complainant’s responses to respondent’s
    affirmative defenses are due by July 21, 2005.
        
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
