    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant has advised Mr. Loxley that they are no longer willing to negotiate
    this matter unless Mr. Loxley hires an attorney to represent Loxley, Inc. If Mr. Loxley does not
    hire an attorney by the next status conference, this case will be set for hearing at that time.
    Alternatively, Mr. Loxley may send the Board a request to dismiss his petition, or if Mr. Loxley
    pays the fine, complainant may file a motion to dismiss this action.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 4:30 p.m. on May 26, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
