    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 25, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties request cancellation of the hearing set for April 28, 2005 because
    Mr. Bencie has agreed to sign the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on May 26, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
