HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that respondent’s financial
information still needs to be forwarded to the complainant for review and to assist in the
settlement discussions. The respondent represented that it is striving to gather the needed
information and forward it to the complainant within the next 40 days. The complainant in the
above-captioned matter was filed on September 13, 2005. To that end, no further extensions to
file the answer will be allowed. The respondent’s answer is due on or before May 23, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 29, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
