    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 21, 2005, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent expects to send a settlement offer to petitioner within the next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
