HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant sent a draft stipulation and settlement agreement to respondent’s
attorney. Respondent’s attorney will discuss the proposed agreement with its Board of Directors.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 2, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
