HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On April 14, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The complainant represented that it and the respondent The Highlands, L.L.C.

continue to discuss and serve discovery. Murphy Farms, Inc., represented that it is awaiting the

Board’s decision on its motion to dismiss.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on May 11, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
