HEARING OFFICER ORDER

respondent represented that it has sent a letter to the Illinois Attorney General’s Office inquiring
about the related enforcement matter that the respondent had withdrew its referral. Respondent
is awaiting a reply. The respondent represented that a resolve of the related enforcement case
may resolve the above-captioned matter. The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of
the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
