HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On April 7, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that a corrective action has

been forwarded to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for review and is awaiting its

comments.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 23, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation and proposal for settlement is filed prior to

the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
