    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by L. Keller Oil Properties, Inc. (Keller
    Oil) asking the Board to review a February 24, 2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency. The petition was filed in regards to Keller Oil’s leaking underground
    petroleum storage tank facility located at I-57 and Route 50, Salem, Marion County.
     
    On March 16, 2005, Keller Oil filed a motion to dismiss the petition. In the motion,
    Keller Oil asserts that the parties have resolved the issues in dispute. The motion is granted. The
    Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
