DISMISS
NOW COMES the Petitioner, HORTENSE SINGER, through her attorneys, Charles C.
Snyder P.C. and hereby moves to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice her Petition for Hearing
dated May 28, 2004, with regard to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s January 27, 2004
the final decision letter to the Petitioner, denying reimbursement for remediation costs in the
amount of
$65,816.84.
Petitioner further reserves her rights under 415 ILCS
5/57.8
with regard to any future
final determination letters which may be issued by the IEPA.
