To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in reference to the Pollution Control Board proposed

amendments to Iffinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) Leaking

Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Regulations Part 732 and Part 734. I

would like to request additional hearings prior to the final approval of the

new regulations, possibly in the Southern Iffinois Uefferson County) area.

I have been working with the Agency LUST Section on behalf of several

Potentially Responsible Parties for the last 3 years and am very concerned

about the upcoming changes that will be made to the regulations.
