I am requesting additional hearings by the Pollution Control Board on the proposed amendments to the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Leaking Underground Storage Tank Regulations Part 732 and

Part 734. I also request the hearings to be conducted in Southern Illinois so that residents from this area

can participate in the rulemaking process as in the past the hearings have been held upstate. This would

give the residents from the southern region of Illinois a better opportunity to attend these hearings.

I am very concerned about how the proposed amendments to these regulations could adversely affect the

Company I work for as well my co-workers and myself.
