To Whom It May Concern:

According the Illinois Register, the First Opinion and Order from the Illinois Pollution

Control Board (IPCB) on the proposed amendments to Illinois Administrative Code

(IAC) Parts 732 and 734 Regulations has been published. As an interested person, I

would respectfully request that additional hearings on the proposed amendments to IAC

Parts 732 and 734 be issued by the IPCB. Specifically, additional hearings are requested

concerning

#R04-22123.

As an involved citizen, I am also troubled by the fact that all of the previously held IPCB

hearings on the proposed revisions have been held in Northern Illinois. At a minimum,

additional hearings on the proposed revisions should be held in Southern Illinois. This

would ensure that ample opportunity is provided to citizens of all parts of the state to

adequately participate in the rulemaking process and express valid and legitimate

concerns about the proposed revisions.
