As an interestedparty, I read the First Opinion and Orderfrom the Pollution Control

Board on the proposed amendments to Part 732 and wouldlike to voice my opinion

regarding #R04/22/23.

I would like to respectfully request that the Pollution Control Board hold additional

hearings therebyprovidingparticipants the opportunity to provide aplatformfor a

more open and objective approach to theproposed amernhnei~ts-to-Part732 and Part

734 Regulations. In addition, in thepast the hearings have been hel~iinNorthern

illinois, and being a lije long citizen ofSouthern illinois, I would like to suggest these

hearings be held in ML Vernon.
