This letter is to request additional hearings to be held by the Pollution Control Board on

the proposed amendments to Part 732 and Part 734 Regulations. The past hearings have

all been held in Northern Illinois~As an interested person, I would like to request that an

additional hearing would be held in Southern Illinois to provide optimum opportunity for

citizens from all parts of the state to participate in the rulemaking process. Your time and
