As an interested citizen of the State of illinois, I would like to make a request that

additional hearings be held regarding case R04-22 and 23, the proposed amendments to

Part 732 and Part 734 Regulations.

To this date all hearings have been held in the northern part ofthe state. So that

representation from citizens ofall parts of illinois may be heard, J would like to

respectfully request that the future hearings be held in Southern illinois.
