Pollution Control Board,

As an interested person in the proposed amendments in the proposed amendments of Part

732 and Part 734, I hereby request additional hearings which will certainly impact tank

owners many of them are of limited means. I am distressed that an economic impact

statement has not been prepared as stipulated by law. There are many other provisions of

the proposed amendments that are certainly not reasonable nor objective. I am also

disturbed that some ofthe comments I made before the Board in previous hearings were

completely ignored. I hope to get another opportunity to speak from one who has 16

years experience in the environmental field.
